If you love eggplant then you must try this eggplant parmigiana 👌🏼 ⁣⁣ Ingredients ✅ •1 eggplant cut into 6 slices⁣ •6 tbsp Trader Joe’s organic marinara ⁣⁣ •6 slices Trader Joe’s fresh mozzarella ⁣⁣ •Small bowl of 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt & pepper (mixed altogether)⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ • Spray pirex w/ olive oil ⁣⁣ • Brush eggplant top & bottom w/ olive oil mixture⁣⁣ • Bake at 375 for 10 min⁣⁣ • Remove from oven & top each w/ marinara & fresh mozzarella ⁣⁣ • Broil on high for 5 minutes⁣⁣ #lowcarbszone⁣⁣

I second @audreygetsfitforreal on this one. This is one of the WORST apps I've ever downloaded. It's a complete rip off. I just thought I'd delete the app but I had to share my outrageous experience so you #ketofam don't make the same mistake. After adding 5 foods it doesn't allow you to enter more unless you pay for subscription.... which would be fine if it was worth it but it's NOT. Once you pay it's hard to cancel and they never reply to ANY emails. Like when I lost 3 months worth of data. I wouldn't mind paying for a good app but this is way below average. The food database is awful and half of the foods are wrong like the net carbs in avocado, ZERO per 100 g really??? This taught me a lesson thought... to always doubt overly positive reviews because that's what happened to me. MFP is better and it's free.
