O provável, para não dizer o certo, é que você perdeu um pouco de gordura, assim como ganhou um pouco de massa magra, mas você não transformou um no outro. É possível que algumas pessoas com uma boa dieta consigam ganhar músculos e perder gordura ao mesmo tempo. Ainda em tempo, é bastante difícil atingir os dois objetivos ao mesmo tempo de forma consistente (“secar” e ganhar uma boa quantidade de massa muscular). Um ambiente de déficit calórico, estado do organismo favorável para a queima de gordura, é um ambiente que não favorece a construção de massa muscular. O crescimento muscular consistente requer algumas calorias extras na alimentação.
